S, also known as the Owlet, is very partial to works of art featuring attractive crying men. She has a special affinity for stories which include normal characters faced with enormous scope, intriguing world-building concepts, strong onscreen/on-page chemistry, philosophical underpinnings, and character arcs based on internal and external change. Moreover, in no particular order, her stylistic favorites include: smooth cinematography, space and war movies, any inclusion of accurate science, redemption arcs, unique syntax and diction, naturalistic banter, sarcastic and situational humor, naturally-occurring symbolism, and small Easter Eggs which require close reading/watching. But lezzbe honest....attractive crying men are the trump card.
